Kids tend to love getting their photographs taken and we enjoy capturing everyone during events and programs.  However, we fully respect parents decisions about showing photographs of their children publicly.  Therefore, we require this form to allow us to post your child's photograph on our website on at the center.  Simply print the form and complete applicable information in pen.
